Shipments
All shipments are F.O.B. Orange California.
Freight Policy
$500 - $799 Mirrors/Wall Decor order guaranteed no more than 20% freight. $800 - $1499 Mirrors/Wall Decor order guaranteed no more than 15% freight. $1500 or more order guaranteed no more than 10% freight. Less than $500 Mirrors/Wall Decor order pay actual freight
Minimum orders
There is no minimum order.
Specialty Requests
The Classique Collection will specially design products, change finishes and sizes on existing products when the quantity is
50 or more of the same item.
Lead Times
Our lead times are two weeks or less.
Credit Terms
Terms are Net 30 w/Credit Approval, or Credit Card (M/C, Visa, AmEx).We do not ship C.O.D.

Returns and Exchanges
We make every effort to make sure we ship products with no quality defects. If you do discover a quality issue call customer service
for repair authorization or credit. All shipping damage or shortage claims must be reported to customer service within 5 days from receipt
of the merchandize. You must save the damaged product and packaging until the claim is settled. No returns will be accepted without a return
authorization.
